Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or failures of third-party services or infrastructure.

For active service engagements, material changes to terms will not apply retroactively without your consent.
These terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YSK Services LLC regarding our services.
